Flythrough: Nanaimo’s Downtown Reimagined

A reimagining of Commercial Street and downtown Nanaimo, based on ideas that came forward during Toole Design’s earlier public engagement phases. 

I created this naturalistic 3D animation and subsequent stills to visualize proposed transportation infrastructure and public plazas and help facilitate neighborhood discussions on the project. (Drone footage supplied by Client.)
